Terms & Conditions for Squeaky Sponge:

Services

Squeaky Sponge provides commercial cleaning services as agreed in the approved scope of works or service agreement. Services are delivered in accordance with the schedule, inclusions, and frequency outlined at the time of booking.

Any changes to services must be agreed in writing.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on information provided during the site visit or consultation. Pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, scope, or access differ from what was originally agreed.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Access & Security

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed service times. This includes access to keys, codes, alarms, or onsite contacts where required.

Squeaky Sponge is not responsible for delays or missed services due to restricted access.

Health & Safety

Clients must ensure the worksite is safe and free from hazards that may pose a risk to cleaners. Any known hazards must be disclosed prior to service.

Squeaky Sponge reserves the right to suspend services if conditions are unsafe.

Quality & Rectification

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the clean being completed.

Where appropriate, we will arrange rectification within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost. This does not apply to issues outside the agreed scope of works.

Cancellations & Service Changes

Cancellations or schedule changes require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Regular service schedules can be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms outlined on the invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.

Damage & Liability

All reasonable care is taken while delivering services. Any damage caused by Squeaky Sponge must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, where fault is established.

Insurance

Squeaky Sponge is fully insured for public liability and professional services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed service arrangement. No long-term lock-in contracts apply unless otherwise stated.

Privacy

Any personal or business information provided is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
